Qwen 官方仓库将 Qwen-Image-2.1 发布记为 9 月 20 日，中文报道发表于次日。项目把图像生成、透明图像处理和多种编辑任务放在同一框架，本文按官方首发日期归档。
对商品图团队，这提供了评估主体提取、参考素材组合及局部修改的入口；具体还原效果仍需用真实商品验证。
开放权重与商业授权是两件事
本次核对的官方研究许可证仅授予非商业研究或评估用途的有限许可，并明确商业用途需要另行取得商业许可证。因此，不能把媒体中的“免费使用”理解为可直接接客户订单。
采用云端 API 时，还要单独核对该服务的条款与费用，不能把权重许可证、平台套餐和生成素材权利混为一谈。
元链科技的观察：先测试最容易失真的细节
在符合许可的评估范围内，可选择带透明包装、细边缘或密集文字的样品，检查抠图是否丢失结构、组合后比例是否合理、局部修改是否影响未选区域。每轮保留原图和改动要求，才能判断返工来自哪里。
用于交付前再确认条件
我们没有完成模型实测，也未替客户取得商业授权。硬件配置、运行成本、商品标识还原及第三方素材权利都应在项目立项前核对。授权条件没有落实时，不应把测试方案写成可直接商用的制作承诺。
Use the official release date
Qwen’s repository records the Qwen-Image-2.1 release on September 20, one day before the Chinese report. It combines generation, transparent-image handling and editing in one framework.
Product teams can evaluate subject extraction, reference composition and local changes, while checking fidelity against actual products.
Open weights do not establish commercial permission
The official research license reviewed grants limited rights for non-commercial research or evaluation and requires a separate commercial license for commercial use. A report describing free access should not be read as authorization to take paid client work.
Cloud API terms and fees must be checked separately. Weight licensing, platform subscriptions and rights to generated assets are different questions.

Within permitted evaluation use, inspect transparent packaging, fine edges and dense text. Check extraction, relative scale and unintended changes outside an edited area. Preserve the original and the requested changes to identify rework causes.
Confirm conditions before delivery
We have not tested the model or obtained commercial authorization for clients. Computing costs, product-mark fidelity and third-party rights need review before project commitments. An evaluation workflow is not a cleared commercial production service.
