文件与对话放进同一个工作窗口
IT之家 10 月 8 日报道 WorkBuddy 独立文件浏览器上线，官方文档也说明了本地文件、多标签页和右侧 AI 对话栏等方式。10 月 9 日的版本日志记录了相关窗口能力，本文保留 10 月 8 日的新闻日期，不将后续文档时间当作新一轮发布。
官方列出的查看格式与支持人机共同编辑的格式并不完全相同，不能理解为任何可打开文件都能用同样方式修改。
工作室可以从客户改稿开始
处理方案时，可以先明确本轮只修改哪一段、需要保留哪些事实与排版，再检查保存后的文件是否符合要求。报价表还要核对数量、公式和总额，不只阅读 AI 给出的解释。
将文档转成汇报或网页时，也应检查信息是否遗漏，图表是否使用正确范围，不能因为展示更美观就省去原始数据复核。
元链科技的观察：测试完整保存与交接
建议用一份获得许可的文件副本完成打开、修改、保存、再打开的一轮操作，检查内容和格式是否真正保留，再请同事继续使用。我们未实测本次更新，不将查看入口的便利等同于编辑可靠性。
费用和数据范围需单独确认
支持格式、AI 调用费用及账号规则以当前版本为准。本地文件入口不代表处理过程一定完全离线；涉及客户材料，应先确认授权及数据处理条件，再接入正式工作。

Formats that can be viewed are not identical to formats supporting joint editing.
Start with a client revision
Specify the passage to change and the facts and formatting to preserve. For quotations, check quantities, formulas and totals rather than relying only on the assistant’s explanation.
When turning a file into a report or webpage, inspect omissions and chart ranges.

Use an authorized copy to open, edit, save and reopen the document. Check preservation and ask a colleague to continue working with it. We have not tested this update; convenient viewing does not establish editing reliability.
Confirm costs and data handling
Supported formats, AI fees and account rules depend on the current version. Opening a local file does not establish that processing remains fully offline. Confirm client permission and data handling before production use.
