WorkBuddy 开放平台上线：把业务经验整理成可复用能力
WorkBuddy 开放平台支持技能、连接器等生态接入。企业可先梳理一项重复工作，再评估开发、审核与后续维护，避免把接入视为自动交付。
开放的是接入与发布流程
IT之家 9 月 2 日报道 WorkBuddy 开放平台上线。官方文档说明，开发者可管理技能、专家和连接器等业务，需要经过入驻、资质认证、配置及审核等步骤，再发布并维护。
因此，开放平台不等于上传一份说明就能形成成熟服务，也不能据此认定所有企业系统已经有可直接使用的连接器。
从一项说得清楚的重复工作开始
例如，工作室每次接到需求，都要整理交付尺寸、素材清单和验收要点。可以先将这套经验写成明确输入、处理规则和输出格式，再判断是否适合做成可复用技能。
若还需要查询订单或读写客户资料，就涉及接口、身份与权限。技能负责解释工作方法，系统连接负责取得或修改数据，两者应分别规划。
元链科技的观察：先验证能否交给别人使用
建议找一项低风险流程，让不熟悉编写过程的同事尝试，记录信息缺失、规则歧义及失败时能否恢复。只有流程本身清楚，包装成平台能力才可能减少反复解释。我们没有完成该开放平台的入驻或效果实测。
开发与运营成本需要持续计算
实际资质、审核、接口稳定性和服务计费应以平台规则为准。上线之后仍需处理业务变化、版本更新及异常，不能把一次接通写成长期无需维护的自动化交付。

IT Home reported WorkBuddy’s platform launch on September 2. Official documentation describes skills, experts and connectors, with registration, verification, configuration, review and ongoing maintenance.
This does not establish a ready-made connector for every business system.
Define one repeatable task first
A studio might standardize delivery sizes, input assets and acceptance criteria for client briefs. Specify inputs, rules and output before turning that expertise into a skill.
Order queries or customer-record changes also need interfaces and permissions. Working instructions and system access require separate planning.
Yuanlian’s perspective: test usability by another person
Have a colleague unfamiliar with the authoring process try a low-risk task. Record missing inputs, ambiguous rules and recovery from failure. Clear working methods are the prerequisite for reuse. We have not completed platform onboarding or an effectiveness trial.
Budget for continuing operation
Verify current approval, fees and interface requirements. Business changes and exceptions still need maintenance after launch. A successful connection is not a permanently unattended service.
